No he's seeing a problem with 2.0.31pre when a socket is destroyed while
you are looking at /proc/net/tcp - Dave are you locking that table right ?

The oops is a run off the end of the chain, and isnt harming the machine.
The kernel is killing the process ok. Ok thats an easy to zap one or should
be
