I have a VLB IDE controller with drives attached to both interfaces
and on both ports of the first interface. So now I'm worried that
things will go belly-up. Is there a list of such be-bugged
controllers?

Or do I have to hedge my bets and

Or stick it out until I encounter the problem for real? (So far, I've
no evidence that I've been bitten by this bug.)

Regards, Trevor.
