oops: 2.1.42, AF_INET and pre-Cambrian code

Since going bleeding edge on June 2, I had not experienced an oops-free
24 hours until I rebuilt a pre-ELF daemon which had been in service
since 1995: erpcd, or the Expedited Remote Procedure Call Daemon,
(c)1989, Xylogics Inc.

The first indication of trouble was the syslog message
kernel: erpcd forgot to set AF_INET in udp sendmsg. Fix it!
Apparently, that message from ipv4/udp.c is more than a suggestion :^)

Anyway, after rebuilding erpcd under 2.1.42, I am no longer experiencing
