linux benchmarks

I remember a couple of months ago someone published to the list the
results of a suite of tests perfromed in a machine running linux, and then
the same machine running freebsd. While I'm not interested in engendering
more debate on "linux vs freebsd" or "linux versus bsdi", but rather
because I need more objective versus qualitative infromation.

I'm looking for those results, a search of the mailing list archive, and
my own archive didn't turn anything up except people shouting at each
other, which isn't quite what I had in mind. If you remeber it, or wrote
it for that matter :) could you point me in the right direction.

I have five new pentium pro 200's plus I've had another 180 on my desk
with bsdi and linux installed for about 8 months and bsdi "feels" slower.
while if actaully was that wouldn't actually affect my need to run it I'm
still interested in comparing them in some more organized fashion.
