i am working on a X.400 mailer, which uses the "pine" code (only the screen
handling part). the problem is, when i compile my progs. in Unixware using
'cc' with the -Z p1 option (i.e. no padding) and include '-ltermlib' the
sys goes on the blink, but when i use default option of word-alignment (or
word padding) it works fine. also, the hitch is i do need the -Z p1 option.
the problem is with the user-interface i am developing. the underlying
fns. for screen-handling and other fns. work fine as indivs. but not together.
i think -ltermlib clashes with -Z p1. can anyone suggest a remedy ?
also ca anyone suggest the changes that may be reqd. to port it to linux.
n.b.-i have totally avoided the 'curses' library.
