Bulletproof

I have a problem and im hoping you can help me ,
because i dont know who to talk to. or tell me who to talk to .
I bought an AST venture 200 , 133 mhz, with an 8+ cd-rom made by
Torisan, and every time i put a cd in it locks up my computer,i hit the
Esc key ,and the Ctrl+Alt+Delete and they wont work ???

please HELP!
