ip_masq_ftp: I wish it could keep the control socket from timing out.

I'm not a kernel hacker, but it would be really nice if the data
socket would keep the control socket alive during long ftp
transfers. I am perfectly capable of changing the timeouts, but I
would prefer to keep them at the defaults if possible.
