Hmmm, we better take the (de)crypt sources away from all distributions and
maintain the crypt modules on two places (eg ftp.linux.org and ftp.cs.helsinki.fi)
Then everone has XS to a legal crypt system and everyone has the same type
of libraries etc.

We can include sources for a non-restricted crypt system to the official
dist too. For people who do not need real good crypt, that might be
sufficient.
