I use this card in my linux box (two Pentium 90, ncr53c815 and 3c595 as
module). I havent any problem whith this card, I think this is problem
with your local configuration.
And second - I use this card in our Linux server (two machines with >50G
disks) and I too haven't any problem.
I use non-mark computer's (so motherboard are ASUS or TYAN, network card
are 3com and disk controler are NCR or EIDE Triton II).
