These commands still exist in /etc/rc.d/rc.local.....

However /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forwarding remains at "2" regardless of
what I do.
I do not use modules. I could include the kernel configuration, but
everything is normal.... well, I'll copy it over, it's not too easy because
without ip_forwarding, the network configuration is lame....
