IPv6: missing symbols under 2.1.35

Building 2.1.35 (compiled for UP) with everything as a module,
IPv6 is unable to resolve __intel_bh_counter and kmem_cache_alloc.
These symbols are present in /System.map, but do not show up in
/proc/ksyms.

All other modules seem to work fine.
