Check out ftp.kernel.org. That is the new site I use for newly released
kernels, for the simple reason that it's extremely well connected to me
(which shouldn't be any surprise, as the whole site has been set up by
Transmeta).

I suspect that tsx-11 is still mirroring the Finnish sites. I'll copy
things over there too, but they are likely to lag a bit behind the
kernel.org site.
