Hi,

This is a question and not kernel related (sorry).
I am mounting a file to /tmp. I want the mode of /tmp to be set to 1777
however it always get's set to 755 and I need to manually set it to 1777.
Isn't there a mount parameter which will set the root of the file system
and not ALL files in the filesystem? (I read the man page for mount and
except for the option which forces all files to be set on that mount I
can't find a parameter which only involves the root of the mount)

I'd appreciate any help, sorry for posting here.

Andi
