Hate to break it to you, but this is referring to the fact that PC's
we're still using are *still* based on the IBM PC-AT from way back
when. It has nothing to do with the motherboard form factor: all
*that* is just that finally someone has been able to release a more
modern form factor motherboard than one compatible with the AT and
still have it accepted...
