2.1.3[45]: wierd messages: arp_* called from SPL=0

Hi List

With 2.1.3[45] I get lots of:

arp_free called from SPL=0
arp_purge_send_q called from SPL=0
arp_neigh_destroy called from SPL=0

on the console and in syslog. What's wrong?
