Kernel 2.1.30: Traceroute broke?

Hi,
upgraded from 2.1.29 yeasturday. Today when I needed to do a 'traceroute' I
noticed something "new"... Got the following output from traceroute:

tty2_nifty:paddy'30'~/tintin>traceroute 194.23.94.1
traceroute: SO_SNDBUF: Invalid argument
tty2_nifty:paddy'31'~/tintin>
------------------

No output to any syslog..

I'm sorry if this is a already known problem, but sense I haven't seen anything
from any list I suspect this is something local here.. or something noone else
have noticed(?posseble?). I were not sure to what list I were supposed to send
this mail ether... well.. hope for re's on this :)

'traceroute' worked fine in kernel 2.1.29 though.
