Known problem introduced by fixing a different problem.
We're working on it, or at least we will be as soon as we
get the last of the pre-2.0.30 bugs nailed down.

Temporary fix, remove the code in traceroute that sets SO_SNDBUF,
it's unneeded anyway :-)
