That doesn't really _fix_ the problem, which is more than just the
annoying message; pppd also adds two extraneous host routes (to the other
point). All it needs is the default route. But, you say you're using
2.3b3 which is what I should upgrade to (or whatever the latest version is
now) before I post these things anyway.
