/proc/swaps in 2.1.24

In my 2.1.24, 'cat /proc/swaps' appears to output /proc/mounts and
not the expected swap statistics.

~> cat /proc/swaps
/dev/root / ext2 rw 0 0
/dev/hda3 /var ext2 rw 0 0
/dev/hda4 /home ext2 rw 0 0
/dev/hdc2 /usr ext2 rw 0 0
none /proc proc rw 0 0

~> cat /proc/mounts
/dev/root / ext2 rw 0 0
/dev/hda3 /var ext2 rw 0 0
/dev/hda4 /home ext2 rw 0 0
/dev/hdc2 /usr ext2 rw 0 0
none /proc proc rw 0 0
