Hi,

I got the following error the other day. sync() just froze after that and
basically the computer had to be rebooted. However after the reboot all
was fine. Just to make sure i erased all partitions, made one new big
one, formated it with badblock check etc.... The harddisk seems to work
perfectly. This has happened after months of no problems. The hardware of
this machine was changed about 1 month ago in which we added another
ethernet card (it has 3 now) and 2 months ago we added this harddisk.
Any ideas what i should be looking at?

Thanks,

ANdi
