Well I can't say I haven't done that before.
In my case it was the BNC connecter 1/3 turn from lock.... ;-)
-nobody- got thru that one & took me a good hour to find it.

Walk over to the hub and unplug the Web box, take the end
we just unplugged & connect it into the hub for the
internet connection ( if its on the other side of the firewall )
