2.1.21 Opps

As a few other people have already said I get an Opps from the new
kernel on boot up. "Derefrencing a Null pointer" right after
it prefroms partion checks. I was wondering if anyone has a patch to
stop this. ??? ( or know when 2.1.22 is comming out. I have
no real idea where it is comming from.(Lack of time to debug) O well
I will hand post the oops if any one requests it.
