2.1.21 patch for linux/drivers/scsi/seagate.[ch]

The patch that I am sending gives full reporting of all options turned on in the
seagate driver. This also affects some future domain systems. I have also
added two more compile options that used to be done by changing the
source code. To use these option edit the makefile. Please send any comments

If their are any suggestions for futher modifications to this driver please
