a few days ago I asked for ideas concerning disk performance measurement.
Meanwhile, a first very rough patch exists, but I'd like to keep this
patch rather close towards existing standarts as far as they exist.
Dan Hollis gave me the hint that there exists a welldefined API for
disk performance-measurement under POSIX.
Has anybody access to this definition or might give me hints how a
POSIX compliant implementation of this patch should look like?
Any help appreciated!
