I'm looking for whom to contact reegarding adding support
for a FIC 2005 motherboard with the Apollo VP2 chipset.
The comments at the top of linux/include/pci.h seem to
be out of date as the mailing list mentioned there does
seem to be alive.
So my question is:
To whom should I talk to regarding this matter? I'm willing
to do some development, that's fine. I just need some info
regarding the specs for the PCI optimizations and setting
up EIDE DMA. It's a pretty hot motherboard, but it needs
some support.
I'm told that a nice description of the 2005 and the Via chipset
exists on Tom's Hardware Page.
