This is a list of unresolved references, multiply defined references
and non-static declarations that do not appear to be referenced outside
the source they are declared in. No patches this time, most of the
patches I mailed for 2.1.17 have not been included yet, no point in
sending them again.
Could the various maintainers take a look at this report and change the
symbols to static where possible. Alternatively tell me I am wasting
my time generating the report.
