2.1.16 Oops

I just compiled 2.1.16 and have it running fine except for a periodic:

Dec 19 09:44:02 sbaeweb2 kernel: net_bh: too many loops, dropping...
Dec 19 09:44:09 sbaeweb2 kernel: net_bh: too many loops, dropping...

Any ideas as to what is causing these? Please let me know what additional
info you may need. BTW, machine is a ppro-200, 3com 3c595 network, only
using tcp/ip networking, no modules. It's a pretty bland kernel.....
