Traceroute busted

I don't know when this happened; I just noticed it today, but with kernel
2.1.15 my traceroute no longer works when I'm connected PPP to my Primenet
account. Here's what happens:

hacker:~# traceroute primenet.com
traceroute to primenet.com (206.165.5.104), 30 hops max, 40 byte packets
sendto: Bad address
1 traceroute: wrote primenet.com 40 chars, ret=-1
*sendto: Bad address
traceroute: wrote primenet.com 40 chars, ret=-1

So how do I fix it? :)
