Oracle on Linux: Can I compile and link COFF objects?

I'm running Oracle 7.1.6 for SCO 3.2v4.2 in a 2.0.18 Linux box.
Not many problems to set it up :))

Now I want to run "proc" the embedded sql precompiler.
I've managed to generate .c files from .ec ones :)))
but I don't know how to link these .o ELF files with the .o COFF files
that come with the Oracle distribution.

I've tried to link them using Linux ld, but it doesn't recognise COFF
objects :((
I've also tried to use SCO idld (the one I used to install Oracle) but it
doesn't recognise ELF files :((

Your comments are welcome ;-)
