I am getting similar lines I have about 200 lines like the following in my
syslog, starting last night at 10... It all happend during some heavy ftp
load.

Dec 13 00:45:48 eliot82 kernel: TCPv4 bad checksum from 025380d0:0014 to
5269fc80:0473, len=532/532/552
