cdrom lookup rules

I often have http pages with a mixture of upper and lower case
URLs (especially on cdrom--don't know why).

It causes much grief (it seems to be dos based disks).

How do I mount a cdrom so it doesn't care about the case (I tried
various options, check=relaxed only works on the msdos system, it
looks useful for the isofs system).

Any advice?
