routing & 2.1.5

Hi,

My route command that has worked for all the kernels upto 2.1.5 no longer
works. What has changed in 2.1.5 and what modifications are needed to the
route command to make things happy again.

My current route command is:
route add -net 127.0.0.0

Also are these changes documented somewhere in the kernel source tree??
