Mega patch 2.1.14#6 - CONFIG_GDB_REMOTE undefined

Alan,
With CONFIG_GDB_REMOTE undefined, I found that a kernel build failed
because of "undefined reference to `breakpoint'" in kernel/kernel.o. I
fixed this by adding "#include <linux/kgdb.h" to "kernel/sys.c" - it has
certainly linked ok... now I bite the bullet.
