Is the MCA support added the patch that has been maintained at
http://glycerine.cetmm.uni.edu/mca for some time now? It covers a lot of
ground, with /proc/mca support, SCSI and ESDI support (geometry
detection for most EDSI drives now as well..), a bunch of network
adapters I think, etc...
Just mentioning it because I hate to see people duplicating work... and
from a mail exchange with the maintainer Chris Beauregard
(chrisb@truespectra.com) a while back I know he has sent it to Linus a
couple times and received no response.
