I think you mean Lawyer, however they've been known to tell a big one
now and then ;)

I got the Lucent Technologies demo release of Inferno this week. They
stated that the crypto was limited to 40 bits for export reasons. Would
it be possible to do this in the kernel? If that's possible, then the
user could upgrade the capabilities as needed. We need a few good
"Liers" on our side, huh;)
