You can remove the smw-midi0001.h include statement and .depend for
sb-common.c (I think that's the one that's failing). It compiles and
seems to load fine but I'm not sure if that's the correct fix.

I also got include-related errors in bsd_comp.c, ncr53c8xx.c, ncr53c8xx.h,
net_alias.c, and ip_alias.c. All of these are easily fixed by a minor
change that removes or modifies the bad header.
