patch for 3c590 cards...

could somebody please repost or mail me the patch for 3c590 cards? i lost
the patch, and it sounds like it would help my 3c590 problems. sorry for
cluttering up the list, but it got lost in the sea of mail. (or point me
to a ftp/www/whatever site to grab it)
