ncr53c8xx.c dependancy problem

In addition to the problems already discussed with mkdep.c, there is
another problem in ncr53c8xx.c. The following code:

#include <linux/version.h>
#if LINUX_VERSION_CODE >= LinuxVersionCode(1,3,0)
#include "linux/blk.h"
#else
#include "../block/blk.h"
#endif

breaks mkdep.c on the second dependancy as we already know but the first is
wrong too. It should be in <> not in "".
