mm.h 2.1.13 (VERIFY_READ/WRITE)

I am sorry if this is old subject. I am trying to get zftape
to compile on 2.1.13 and it is failing because VERIFY_READ and
VERIFY_WRITE is missing from /usr/src/linux/include/mm.h. Is
thier anyway I can get around this or will I have to wait for
new ftape-3.0 to be fixed. I am currently using zftape-1.0.6a.
Why did they take this out of mm.h. I would appreciat any help
in this matter. Thanks for your time.:)
