Linux 2.0.24 kernel panic's frequently

We are running 2.0.24 on several machines and on one particular machine it
seems to panic quite frequently. Here is oops analysis:

Only thing I can really add is that this machine doesn't seem to keep time
very well, but the CMOS clock is working fine, just the system time keeps
getting lost.  The ethernet card is a PCnet/AMD based card using lance.c
driver.  It is a Pentium-based 100MHz machine.

I can't really think of what else is needed, so if you think any more information is needed let me know. The machine handles mail and an IRC server.
