2.0.X Boot/Root floppy

Folks,

I have been trying to build a boot/root floppy with a 2.0.[14,17] kernel
but I haven't been able to get the ramdisk to load after the kernel boots.

I followed the How-to, but I suspect that there is a step missing in building
the kernel or the support utilities. I built the minimal kernel with ramdisk
support. I have LILO version 18. Any suggestions?
