swap_free: swap-space map bad (entry 00040000)
and a couple saying
Hmm.. Trying to use unallocated swap (00040000)
It's always the same entry, 00040000. This is on a 56220k swap partition.
Weird things started happening to my system after running for a couple
days, like syslog stopped working and w showed everyone being idle for 8
days. (I hope this was caused by some kind of swap corruption related to
the above message, or else I have a bunch of other problems).
