I have 2 cdroms attached to my SB16:

I got about 13 of these after trying to 'ls /cdrom1' (drive 0)
while I had xmcd playing a music CD in drive 1.
sbpcd-1 [31]: sbpcd_open: ResponseStatus timed out (-401).
This repeated about once every 20 seconds or so. During this
time the load average was around 2. I could not kill the 'ls'
process. xmcd seemed to be stuck as well. I could not get it to
stop playing the CD. I tried to reboot, but was forced to use
the reset button when became apparent that the cdrom would not
umount.
