Currently only the first 1024 ports are mapped, which consumes 128 bytes.
Using 8k per process seems like overkill. The kernel should instead
map more ports as required by ioperm() requests.
This _seems_ like a simple enough proposition, which is my way of
saying I sure don't want to have to do it :-)
