I just tried to compile sysvinit-2.64 with the linux-2.0.2 source tree
installed. The compilation failed due to:
init.c: In function `CheckInitFifo':
init.c:1505: `__FDSET_INTS' undeclared (first use this function)
init.c:1505: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
init.c:1505: for each function it appears in.)
make: *** [init] Error 1
After reverse patching the source tree to 2.0.1 the compilation succeeded.
