Problem compiling Dosemu in 2.0.1 (EDEADLOCK isn't defined)

The patch has removed the definition of EDEADLOCK. Should EDEADLK be
used instead now?

Why couldn't errno.h have been changed to:

#define EDEADLOCK EDEADLK

instead of completely removing the #define EDEADLOCK ?
