2.0.0: ftape + mtools -> system freeze

Hi,

Today the following happened: During streaming with my floppy streamer I
tried to access a floppy with mtools (v3.0) expecting a `resource busy'
or something like that but I got a total system freeze. Both ftape and
floppy are modules.
