2.0.0 crash: skput (again)

I had been running 1.3.94 without problems for months, and since I've
installed 2.0.0, my machine is crashing almost twice a week. The latest
crash was accompanied by:

Kernel Panic: skput:over: 00148160:932

and no information in any log files... I assume this is a networking
problem... Anyone have any information on it? I hate to downgrade back
to .94 again, but it gets ridiculous having to babysit the machine like it
was running winslows.
