I have a 4 gig hawk...It has all linux partitions.

I don't recall this when I created the partitions, now I'm getting:

Partition 1 has different physical/logical beginnings (non-Linux?):
phys=(0, 1, 1) logical=(0, 0, 63)
Partition 1 has different physical/logical endings:
phys=(248, 132, 62) logical=(127, 206, 21)
Partition 1 does not end on cylinder boundary:
phys=(248, 132, 62) should be (248, 254, 63)
/dev/sda2 250 128 383 2049131 5 Extended
Partition 2 has different physical/logical beginnings (non-Linux?):

Partition 2 has different physical/logical endings:

Partition 3 has different physical/logical beginnings (non-Linux?):

I'm not sure what this means or if I will have a problem.

Is there any HOWTO documentation I should read?

It currently appears to be working fine.
