Just a small fix needed in the config scripts (If I understand it right.)
I believe that IP masquerding requires ip forwarding in order to work (it
certainly won't compile without it)
In the ipv4/Config.in file, CONFIG_IP_MASQ is dependent on
CONFIG_IP_FIREWALL, but not on CONFIG_IP_FORWARD.
